CBD Stick Tincture (>300 mg)
The Sisters of the Valley CBD tincture and the original CBD-infused oils are essentially the same product but made with different bases. The CBD-infused oil uses a coconut oil base and has a milder taste. Meanwhile, the CBD tincture uses a 100% food-grade alcohol base and thus, tastes bitter. This bitter taste of the alcohol-based tincture helps it to act faster when dropped on the tongue. The potency varies slightly by batch.
2 oz. (60 ml) of CBD tincture (w/ dropper).
Contains >300 mg of CBD per bottle.
Tincture by definition means drawing the medicine from the plant using alcohol. The Sisters use grain alcohol that is harsh-tasting to the tongue. For those who want immediate relief, that harsh taste helps with immediate absorption. For children, pets, the elderly, or anyone who would react negatively to the severe biting taste on the tongue, the tincture should be diluted with water, juice, or tea before ingesting.
What the Sisters of The Valley CBD tincture is made of
The CBD tincture is made of high-quality, 100% food-grade alcohol infused with the high-CBD hemp plant. The Sisters' products are made with high-CBD strains of the hemp (cannabis) plant, which have only trace amounts of THC.
How the Sisters of The Valley CBD tinctures are made
The stick tincture is made from the sticks and hard bits of plant that used to be offered to the fires. Now, the Sisters have learned how to make tinctures with the sticks and by-products, allowing there to be a less expensive form of CBD on the store shelf. The Sisters of the Valley make all their products by moon cycles, to honor our ancient mothers. The products are prepared in a spiritual environment, with prayers for the people sewn into every bottle and jar.
